What Our 34-Point Tune-Up Covers.

Every visit covers your full system — indoor air handler and outdoor condenser. Here’s what we inspect and test on every maintenance call.

Evaporator & Condenser Coils
We inspect and clean both coil sets — dirty coils make your system work harder and cool less effectively. In Florida’s environment this is critical every visit.
Condensate Drain Line
We blow out or vacuum the drain line and add algaecide tablets. A clogged drain line causes water damage and mold — the most common Florida AC problem.
Capacitors & Electrical
We test all run and start capacitors and check electrical connections. A $20 capacitor failure can destroy a $2,000 compressor if left unchecked.
Refrigerant Pressure
We check refrigerant pressures against factory specifications. Low refrigerant means reduced cooling and accelerated compressor wear.
Blower Motor & Airflow
We test blower motor amperage and inspect airflow through the system. Weak airflow means uneven cooling and higher energy bills.
Filter Inspection & Replacement
We clean or replace the return air filter. A clogged filter restricts airflow, overworks the system, and degrades air quality.
Thermostat & Controls
We test the thermostat and humidistat for accurate operation. A miscalibrated thermostat runs your system unnecessarily.
Full System Performance Check
We run a complete system cycle and verify everything is operating within spec — temperature split, airflow, refrigerant, and electrical.
Written Inspection Report
You get a written report of every finding. If we spot something developing, we tell you — and give you the option to address it before it becomes an emergency.

What Happens on Every Maintenance Call.

Every tune up follows the same thorough process — no shortcuts, no rushed visits.

01

You Call. We Answer.

We pick up the phone. Tell us what’s happening and we’ll schedule you for the same day if slots are available, or the next available morning. You’ll get a confirmed arrival window — not a four-hour guessing game.

Under 3 hour response average
02

We Show Up On Time.

Our technician arrives in the confirmed window, introduces themselves, and asks about the issues you’ve been experiencing. We treat your home with respect — shoe covers on, work area kept clean throughout.

Firefighter-owned — punctuality is non negotiable
03

Full Diagnostic. Plain Language.

We inspect the full system — not just the obvious symptom. We’ll tell you exactly what’s wrong, why it happened, and what it will cost to fix. No technical jargon, no upselling, no work starts until you say go.

You approve pricing before any work begins
04

We Fix It Right the First Time.

Trane and Lennox authorized technicians who service all makes and models. We carry common parts on the truck so most repairs are completed in a single visit. If a part needs to be ordered, we tell you upfront.

All makes and models serviced
05

Full System Test Before We Leave.

Before we pack up, we run the system through a complete test cycle to confirm it’s cooling correctly, the refrigerant levels are right, and everything is operating within spec. You’ll feel the difference before we walk out the door.

Florida AC Systems Need Service
Twice a Year. Not Once.

In most of the country, annual HVAC maintenance is the standard. In Southwest Florida, your system runs 10–12 months per year — nearly double the national average. That means twice the wear, twice the heat, and twice the need for professional maintenance.

01

Firefighter Owned — Urgency is Built In

Tyler and Guiseppi are active firefighter paramedics. Emergency response is how they’ve been trained their entire careers. That same urgency applies to every AC repair call in Cape Coral.

02

Honest Pricing. No Surprises.

We tell you what’s wrong and what it costs before we start. No hidden fees, no upselling parts you don’t need, no pressure. If it doesn’t need fixing, we’ll tell you that too.

03

All Makes and Models

Trane and Lennox authorized, but we service everything — Carrier, Rheem, Goodman, American Standard, Daikin, Mitsubishi, and more. We have the training and parts to fix whatever you have.

AC Maintenance Questions
Cape Coral Homeowners Ask.

Honest answers — no sales pitch.

Our average response time is under 3 hours for calls received during business hours (Mon–Sun 7am–7pm). Same day service is available in most cases. After hours calls are welcome — a $125 call out fee applies for service outside normal hours.
We charge a standard service call fee which covers the diagnostic inspection. We’ll tell you exactly what it costs before we come out. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost of the work.
We’ll give you an honest recommendation based on the age of your system, the cost of the repair, and the likelihood of future issues. A general rule: if the repair costs more than 50% of a new system and the unit is over 10 years old, replacement usually makes more financial sense. We’ll show you the numbers and let you decide — no pressure either way.
All of them. We’re Trane and Lennox authorized dealers but we service every major brand including Carrier, Bryant, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, and more. If it has a compressor and a thermostat, we can work on it.
Florida’s heat, humidity, and salt air put HVAC systems under significantly more stress than in other climates. Most systems in Southwest Florida run 10–12 months per year instead of 5–6. That’s nearly double the wear. Regular maintenance every 6 months dramatically reduces emergency breakdowns — which is why we offer our Annual Comfort Plan at $99 per visit.
Possibly — and it’s worth checking before you pay for a repair. Most manufacturers offer 5–10 year parts warranties on registered equipment. Give us a call and we’ll help you check. If we installed your system, every unit gets our warranty sticker documenting the install date and warranty terms.
Yes. We offer financing through Ygrene, Home Run Financing, and the PACE program for qualifying repairs and new system installations. Ask us about your options when you call — in many cases you can get same day approval.
