Every call gets answered during business hours. After hours, leave a message and we call back fast. The number one complaint about HVAC companies is that they disappear when you need them most. We don’t.

Shoe covers go on at the door. Work areas get protected and cleaned. We introduce ourselves, explain what we’re doing, and ask before we move anything. Your home is not a job site — it’s someone’s home.

Every new system installation gets a 10-year parts warranty and our documentation sticker on the unit. Every repair gets our commitment that if it fails again under the same cause, we come back and fix it — no charge.
Our Story

Two Firefighters.
One Standard.

Tyler Thompson and Guiseppi Lamura are not former firefighters. They are active firefighter paramedics — showing up to emergencies, saving lives, and responding under pressure as a regular part of their professional lives.

They founded Exclusive Cooling Solutions because they saw a gap. Cape Coral homeowners — their neighbors — were being let down by HVAC companies that treated service calls as transactions rather than commitments. Companies that sent untrained technicians, gave vague arrival windows, and disappeared when problems returned.

Tyler and Guiseppi knew what accountability looked like. They lived it every shift. So they built a company around it — one where the same standards that apply in the firehouse apply on every HVAC call in Southwest Florida.

Tyler Thompson
Co-Founder · HVAC Technician · Firefighter Paramedic

Tyler Thompson is a licensed HVAC technician and active firefighter paramedic proudly serving the Fort Myers community. As co-founder of Exclusive Cooling Solutions, Tyler built the company around the same accountability, urgency, and integrity that define emergency response. He brought that standard to the HVAC industry across Southwest Florida.

Tyler is the primary point of contact for new system consultations and plays a hands-on role in ensuring every project meets the company’s strict standards. When you call ECS, there’s a good chance you’ll speak directly with him.

Outside of work, Tyler is a dedicated family man. He and his wife are raising their two sons here in Southwest Florida. Family is at the center of everything he does. When he’s not serving the community or working with clients, you’ll find him out on the water, boating and fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Guiseppi Lamura

Guiseppi La Mura is a licensed HVAC technician and active firefighter paramedic. Customers consistently describe him as thorough, communicative, and honest. He explains exactly what he is doing and why at every step of a service call, and his detail-oriented approach has earned some of the most specific and enthusiastic reviews in the company’s history.

Guiseppi leads the diagnostic and repair side of the business, bringing a strong focus on doing the job right the first time and standing behind the work after the fact.

Outside of work, Guiseppi stays active through trail running and occasional ultramarathon competitions. He and his wife love traveling out west to explore national parks and go snowboarding. At home, they enjoy life with their dog, William.
